Guide to using the ELMS dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you’ll see when you successfully log into ELMS.

Returning to the Dashboard
We can always get back to the Dashboard by clicking on the Estio logo in the top left corner.
Learning
This page will show you all the lessons you have in your apprenticeship and what they contain, here you can view resources we have linked to each lesson, also each lesson contains a link to your teams meeting with your trainer for when the lesson takes place.
Calender
This page will show you a calendar that can be populated with your lessons on certain dates when they are due to be presented by the trainer, the trainer can also create meeting for other things such as a quick debriefing which will also appear in your calendar.
Task
This page lists all of the items that you have been given as tasks
Progress
The Progress area is split up into four different area’s: Apprenticeship standard & courses, Learning Resources, Events and Score Cards.
Events – list of the Events, Sessions and meetings that you are currently a part of.
Learning Resources – these are anything that you have completed in the system such as live lessons, learning resources, lessons, E – Learning, Projects, upload and Reflections.
Apprenticeship Standards and courses – this where you can find the progress for apprenticeship, which can be displayed using different metrics. Firstly there is Criteria Completion which the criteria’s you have completed and not completed, and you can also see which resources are associated with each criteria, then there is Resource completion which and time completion which shows your completion overall and which each Duty and KSB.

The Search Bar
From the dashboard we can search for items within our library.
Upload Resources
we can also make a submission using the plus icon.
Track OTJ hours
the gauge will show us a total for our Off The Job contribution and how many hours have been submitted.
